I’m joining the ChatGPT 4 API & Plugin waitlist before over 10 days.

How do I know if I am approved for ChatGPT plugin development or if I can do plugin development?

And how do I know to use the GPT-4 API as well?

i paid all the money.

When I can access the gpt-4 model API
I received the following message, when I change my model from "gpt-3.5’ to “gpt-4”
"404 Not Found: “{ “error”: { “message”: “The model: gpt-4 does not exist”, “type”: “invalid_request_error”, “param”: null, “code”: “model_not_found” }}”
