My pro-tier ChatGPT account isnt working, it says “free-tier” and i was charged $700 on the API overnight for no reason. I revoked all my keys. Can i have someone from support reach out to me. I have work to do that is time sensitive.
And all my projects are gone on chatgpt…..
Plus-tier subscriber here. My projects are also no longer accessible and I have yet to find a solution in over two months. Never received a reply from support. Looks like human support is no longer an option through either ChatGPT or the support website.

I found a workaround for projects. If you are able to find the link to your project on ChatGPT, you are able to access everything inside as normal.
I was able to do this by scouring my search history until I found the page for the project that I am working on and navigating to it. I have since bookmarked the page.
oh gosh, great, lol. This is the most inopportune time for chatgpt to spazz out.
