what is my limits did not reached usage limit in open ai api how much must i pay? What should i do? I am confused

I am facing the same issue.
Invoices have been paid, usage has not spiked and is nowhere near my limits.
However the API response is giving me error code 429, that I have exceeded my quota.
Chatted support 4 hours ago but still haven’t receive a reply to assist.
Hi - is it possible that you have hit any of the other limits such as tokens per minute , requests per minute or day?

Nope, I triple checked my activity page (0 activity for the day) before pinging support.
From what I personally have debugged, my API responses have been giving the same error code since about 8 hours ago.
