It’s beautifully wrong.
If you’re expecting technical answers, then don’t have the temperature set at ‘0.7’. Instead, I would load up the Q&A preset and then replace the prompt with the one you have but add more onto it to allow GPT-3 to understand how to respond to you and what kind of technical help you’re needing. After that, feed it some technical help-desk training questions and answers before asking Davinci.
