I am confused about OpenAI usage.
I just created API key and make a example simple call to see if I can get a roundtrip going. I immediately get:

Anyone know an answer to this? Should I have to pay and buy credits to make calls?

This error message indicates that you do not have sufficient funds on your developer account. In order to start using the API you need to add a minimum balance of USD 5.
