Using Google Chrome and ChatGPT

I have tested 3 different Google users i.e. chrome accounts. I can access ChatGPT but get this error when trying to interact i.e send a message with ChatGPT.
“An error occurred. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.”

The issue does not happen when using chrome on my Android phone nor Firefox.

'I inspected the chrome’s console and it returns:

I see the same behaviour in Vivaldi browser which is a chromium based browser.

I tried it in Edge as well however I see same errors in console but chatgpt does work here.

Hey hey, same issue.
For me it works in Safari and in the mobile app, but not Google Chrome.

Could you solve it? Here is the error message:

Just to see if someone has been through the same previous steps, there were only two things I did before that ?might have? and influence on this:

  • Another user created a ChatGPT account on my Google Chrome
  • I am consistently trying to access the GPTs page but I still dont have access to that feature

Got the same Issue in 2024 on Two Chromium Browsers . Chrome and Brave !
Unable to load conversation 34a804c2-1e5f-4467-a9a3-8b366cb4cc59
First i could login to Chat GPT but did get no answer or reaction. next day i tried Brave browser, felt happy to see my Chat History again got chat about the Issue but after 5 min bye, no reaction any more. But can login !!! Whats wrong, Please build an OpenAI Browser to be Safe for future !
