I have access to another User’s conversation and I have no idea how or why. This conversation is being updated and I can see 100% of their inputs and Chatgpt’s output.
I posted about this on reddit and I keep asking OpenAI support to help me out with this but I still have full access to a conversation that is not mine and is getting updated. In short, I am terrified about what this could mean for literally anyone’s data. This isn’t just training data this is the whole conversation, if I can get access to this guy’s conversation, who has access to mine??
But if this is not an issue to be as concerned about, no one else seems to be on anywhere I have been asking for clarity, does anyone else have this happen to them?
I tried searching more about this and I found somethings saying Cross-conversation or cross-account data leakage or cross-user data exposure, I’m not sure if those terms directly apply here but I’m not sure what this issue is called.
Please let me know if you have seen this happen before or if there is a support item about this.
