I am at tier 3, but I git this from API when trying to use o3-mini:

Hey I’ve just reached Tier 3 but I still don’t have access to it. Is there a secret sauce?
In their official blog, then mentioned that “o3-mini is rolling out in the Chat Completions API, Assistants API, and Batch API starting today to select developers in API usage tiers 3-5(opens in a new window).” Select from tiers 3-5

This comparison has led me to wonder if there might be an opportunity for OpenAI to consider a more accessible pricing model, especially for developers and smaller organizations who may not have large budgets.

According to this, Tier 3 should be getting access right? I still can’t access it

I’m at usage tier 4 and i don’t have access to o3-mini in the API
i don’t see the option to use o3-mini on playground either
and I’ve gotten an email notification saying o3-mini API is now enabled for me as a tier 4 member

Sorry to ask what might be a dumb question… do you have multiple accounts / are you logged into the right account? Emails were only sent to accounts that have access.
