Dear OpenAI Support Team,

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the lack of support regarding our critical situation. For the past 4 days, we have been trying to contact you multiple times, yet no proper assistance has been provided.

Our OpenAI account has been hacked, our organization has been deleted, and our balance of $10,007.69 has disappeared. Despite repeatedly reporting this issue, we have not received any meaningful response or solution from your side.

This is an unacceptable delay for such a serious security breach. We trusted OpenAI with our data and financial resources, but the lack of urgency and communication has left us without access to our account, organization, and funds.

We urgently demand:

  1. Immediate investigation and recovery of our account.

  2. Restoration of our deleted organization.

  3. Reimbursement of our missing $10,007.69 balance.

  4. A clear and prompt communication channel regarding this case.

Please treat this as a priority case and respond without further delay.

The organization was likely stolen, a new owner was able to be invited because of your insecure or reused credentials without 2FA, and they simply removed you after connecting their own account as a member.
OpenAI’s fault for a silly system that persists.
