Also o1-mini and preview became dumber. No thought process just nonsense response. I use mac web browser. Do you guys experience this too?

I meet same issue before four days but today I notice they fix it; however, it is no function in my laptop application today. please to fix it soon.
Its irritating how they are not addressing the issue I am having it from last week.

I’ve had the same issue and found a possible solution. I noticed that when I send images and get the response that it can’t perform the analysis, if I switch to voice mode and ask the same question, it works just fine. I hope this helps others as well!

You can do a workaround. If you create a new Pro account, the problem is solved.
I’ve been encountering this as well. Maybe they’re doing something on the backend to try and fix it, because yesterday neither Chrome nor Firefox would work when trying to upload any sort of file or image, but today, Firefox is working for now. Fingers crossed.
Based on my tests, the issue of being unable to read images and documents only occurs in the paid version of GPT-4o, and it is limited to the PC web version. I kindly ask @OpenAI to fix this bug as soon as possible, as I have been unable to use GPT-4o’s document reading and online search capabilities for the past four days.

Seems Openai has taken actions to fix the issue, I just uploaded image and got expected responses
yeah exactly same here, my GPT’s coming back!
I’m having the same problem, all the images I’ve uploaded as of the time I replied, gpt can’t process them. 
We need to unite and go to openai to appeal.
