Facing the same issue for the last 3 days.

It’s happening this Friday. One week before it worked perfectly fine. Now only IOS and IpadOS Chatgpt App can read images and files. In chrome (Windows PC) it cannot. I pay $20 a month and this experience really SUCKS.
