So I have $9.5 in open ai credits and my account is on Usage Tier-1. I’ve never been able to access any model besides gpt-3.5. I learnt that access is only possible after having spent at least $1. So far, I’ve spent about $0.56. How can I get access to better models, without having to fake spend $0.44 on gpt-3.5?

No upgrades. No loopholes. Just presence.
