Unleash Your ChatGPT Plugin Potential: Join Our Live Event and Collaborative Community!

Hey there, fellow ChatGPT Plugin enthusiasts!

We’re thrilled to invite you to our upcoming one-hour live event on Friday, May 5th at 5:30pm PST: “ChatGPT Plugin Pioneers: Conquering the AI Frontier.” Get ready to embark on a thrilling quest alongside fellow developers as we redefine the limits of AI together. The event will be streamed on multiple platforms, including YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Here’s the link to the YouTube event: ChatGPT Plugin Pioneers: Igniting the AI Revolution - YouTube

The event will kick off with introductions and a brief overview of the event format. We’ll then dive into the main attraction – the three featured plugin showcases. Each developer will have around 12 minutes to present their work, touching on their inspiration, the challenges they encountered, and the impact their plugin has had on users.

After the showcases, we’ll shift gears to focus on audience questions and plugin development inquiries in an open discussion format. We will open up the speaker slots during the Q/A sections up to 10 speakers to share their insights and engage in a lively conversation about ChatGPT plugins questions.

If you’ve developed a plugin, have an idea, or found inspiration that you’d like to share with the community, we’d love to hear from you! Just send me a message, and we’ll fit you into this event or one of our upcoming weekly events. This is the perfect opportunity to showcase your work, exchange ideas, and learn from each other in a casual and friendly atmosphere.

Are you thinking about building a plugin but have questions or need some guidance? No worries! We encourage you to ask your questions during the event or send them to me prior in a DM here. Our goal is to create an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone to learn, grow, and thrive.

To help you feel more comfortable joining and sharing, here are some ideas for questions or discussion topics that developers might face when building a ChatGPT plugin:

  1. How do you approach designing a plugin’s architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability?
  2. What are the best practices for integrating your ChatGPT plugin with various platforms and applications?
  3. How do you handle data privacy and security concerns when developing your ChatGPT plugin?
  4. What techniques do you use for efficient debugging and troubleshooting during the development process?
  5. How do you manage versioning and updates to keep your plugin compatible with the latest ChatGPT releases?
  6. What strategies do you employ to optimize the performance of your ChatGPT plugin?
  7. How do you ensure the usability and accessibility of your plugin for a diverse user base?
  8. What resources or tools have you found most helpful for learning about and developing ChatGPT plugins?

Feel free to bring up these topics or any other questions you might have during the event. Our goal is to create an inclusive and supportive environment for everyone to learn, grow, and thrive.

Remember, we’ll be hosting live events like this every week, so stay tuned for more opportunities to connect, learn, and grow as a ChatGPT plugin developer.

Looking forward to seeing you all at the event, and let’s conquer the new frontier together!

We’re delighted to announce that Bin Yu, the main developer of the @CreatiCode ‘CreatiCode Scratch’ plugin, will be one of our three featured speakers for the upcoming event. CreatiCode Scratch is an innovative plugin that’s among the 10 new plugins published today, further showcasing the rapid growth of our community.

We now have only 2 spots left for showcasing other amazing ChatGPT plugins. If you’re interested in sharing your work, ideas, or experiences with our community, don’t hesitate to reach out to me. This is a fantastic opportunity to share your hard work, connect with fellow developers, learn from each other, and contribute to the future of ChatGPT plugin development.

Hi Chase, I don’t want to be a bother, but I was wondering if there will be any similar events held earlier in the day, so that European developers like myself can attend more easily? Thanks!

No problem at all!

As this is the first event, we are figuring it out as we go but we can definitely alternate timezones in subsequent weeks. I’m based in Hawaii, which provides flexibility for most timezones. Someone has already expressed interest in IST events. We have a few options:

  1. Rotate the “Go Live” time among different timezones each week, making it a global experience.
  2. Have individuals from various timezones host their own events, creating “live event siblings” with the same format but different hosts and timezones.
  3. Explore other potential options.

Initially, we could switch timezones weekly and then expand to include different hosts in their respective timezones if the events gain traction.

Open to suggestions, these are just my thoughts!

I think those are excellent ideas! I’m really looking forward to seeing how the events evolve and being able to participate. Thank you for being so considerate of developers from different time zones. Keep up the great work!

Absolutely! That said, I need to start preparing for next week  Would you be interested in helping to co-host next week’s episode in London/BST? Perhaps a 7:30pm BST?

Chase W. Norton

Hi Chase, I’m really honored by your offer to co-host next week’s episode! However, I must mention that my English level is not good, though I am working on improving it. That said, if you’re interested and the French accent doesn’t bother you, I could prepare a presentation on a specific topic that I would write in advance. Let me know what you think, and thank you again for the opportunity!
