I’m encountering an issue with my API account.
Back in March, we activated the free token grant for API usage, which should be valid until the end of April. Until March 31st, no charges were applied, as expected. However, starting from April 1st, billing has started — even though our daily usage has stayed well below 11 million tokens, so the free quota should not have been exceeded.
In addition, as of today, we are receiving 429 errors when calling the API, despite being on Tier 5. According to the dashboard, we haven’t exceeded any rate limits or budget caps.
Would appreciate any help or clarification regarding both the unexpected charges and the rate limit errors.
