Unable to upload files on assistant in OpenAI Playground

We have created an assistant in OpenAI platform and we are trying to add these types of files :

  • PDF
  • TXT
  • XLSX
  • CSV

None of them are working We have this message :
There was an error uploading the file sigma.txt: An error occurred. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com

Can you help us ?

I have the same problem i can’t upload file to my assistant

Yeah, doesn’t work in chatgpt either.

Same problem, can’t upload photos (and likely any file) to ChatGPT right now.

I have the same problem with assistants: can’t upload file and time of completion longer than usual.

yes, seems like OpenAI’s file apis are down
