I’m currently unable to sign in to my ChatGPT account because of a persistent MFA authentication error. I have contacted OpenAI Support, but the issue remains unresolved.

What I have already tried
I have tried changing or removing my Passkey/MFA method, changing my account password, and signing in through different methods.
Despite these attempts, the login flow immediately returns the same error, preventing me from completing sign-in.
I found this community report describing the same error. The author later confirmed
that account access was restored with assistance from OpenAI Support.
I cannot confirm whether my account has the same underlying issue, but I would appreciate a review of its MFA/Passkey configuration.
I’m happy to complete the required account ownership verification and provide screenshots or additional details privately through official support.
