When I try to log back in to ChatGpt, I see my user name. However, I have ChatGpt Plus, and that does not show. My profile is missing, and I lost all history chats. Currently, nothing happens when I type a new prompt.

Hi I moved you to ChatGPT bugs. Welcome to the forum! Have you tried clearing your browser cache?

Is this the case for the app? I’m having the same issue. Has the new web search update triggered these problems?

Yes it is the app to. Uninstall app then clear web browser’s cache, log into ChatGPT on web then archive your chats then reinstall app and log in on it
It took me days to figure out I have two iPads that’s the only way I put it together
