Plus subscriber but My chat history is gone ! Settings button missing and it suggest to upgrade to plus for gpt4

Hi,

Today, clicked my link to open chatgpt as usual
I have a link to chatgpt classic, it’s all I ever use.

But today I get the message

“GPT inaccessible or not found”

And my history is gone ! Oh no !

The settings buttons are missing.

After a little while, the gpt selector appears, it says I could subscribe to Plus ?!

What is happening ?

My last data export is more than a week ago, did I lose everything ?

Can I at least get my gpt4 functionality back ?

I checked the support page, of course, there is nothing about this. There aren’t supposed to be problems, so they aren’t addressed in the support pages …

Exact same problem here, there’s not even the button to log out, but it persists after clearing cache/cookies and relogging, as well as in different browsers

Exactly the same happen here today. I don’t have access to nothing, get same Upgrade option.

Same here, it has fixed itself this very instant. I have checked 5 minutes ago it was still borked.

I had not realized how much I had come to depend on ChatGPT, this is very worrying.

It is like taking your car for granted, and suddenly having to walk 10 kilometers

I have the same problem all my history is being erased; how did you resolve it? Please, if anyone has any advice to help ? Chatgpt support always takes them too long to act. It is frustrating and annoying; I have set on auto save but this is unacceptable and I need to retrieve history
