The same issue, and creating a new account doesn’t work either. Also, password recovery doesn’t work. It says every time that the email has been sent, but it doesn’t actually get sent. Very frustrating.

Add another to the list… No email received, unable to login, blocked.

Same problem here. Unable to purchase the Plus subscription since I’m not able to log in on the website. My user works fine in the mac app still.

I sent a message. I think I got a generic response some time later. It said my account wasn’t a plus account, which it is. Suggested the forgot password. I attempted to log in again, this time it did NOT prompt me for a code and I was able to login.

I have the same problem. Can not login with Android App because none verification code received. Spam is empty too.

Me too, tried several times. Other systems that were already logged in are still logged in though.
