Unable to purchase API credit (Continue button does not work)

Hi, I’m attempting to purchase $5 worth of API credit.
After adding my payment method, the “Continue” button is simply just greyed out. How do I fix?

Hi, I can not add the payment method as the continue button seems to be disabled. see attached.
