The same problem in Japan. At first I was worried that my account was BANNED. It seems just a large-scale incident.
Relax. Hope it wanna be restored soon. LOL

Same problem here, from Madrid, Spain. I tried trying to access it from the Microsoft application and this was the message it gave me:
