Unable to log into ChatGPT Mac Desktop App

I’m using a MacBook Pro M1 (Sequoia 15.2), desktop app ChatGPT Version 1.2025.007 (1736554119), browser Safai, Safari Version 18.2 (20620.1.16.11.8) and I’ve tried every solution posted on every forum since the app was released. But none of them worked at all, included re-set my network date & time.

My internet is stable, and the date and time are set automatically. Did anyone find the solution to this?

Exact same issue, i am only able to use it on web, app isn’t accessible because of this error

I finally reinstalled the entire macOS. Then I installed the desktop application, and everything is now working properly.

Before that, I went through all the forums, applied all the recommended settings, communicated with OpenAI support, and nothing helped.
