Unable to Load ChatGPT Project List

I am experiencing an issue where I cannot load the project list in ChatGPT. Even after pressing the “Retry” button multiple times, it continues to show a message saying that the records cannot be loaded.

I have tried all the troubleshooting methods suggested by ChatGPT, but the issue persists. Additionally, even when I create a new project, it does not appear in the project list.

Upon further inquiry with ChatGPT, I found out that the project list is not deleted and the data still exists.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?

I am also having this problem. As of this afternoon, I get “unable to load projects”. Please advise on the fix for this!

I have the same problem, waited for some days bot it doesn’t recover the projects.

Ask chatGPT to troubleshoot itself!

When I did, it gave me this answer that resolved the issue:

Go to chat.openai.com, click the lock icon → Site settings → Clear data → Reload.

I am also facing this issue. It has suddenly stopped working. My subscription is valid. I dont know whats going on.
