That sounds just like Valentine’s Day, as a rule that follows an increase in demand for pictures on specifically these types of days!
But that special day is already over for a while now. Hopefully this will be picked up. I don’t really see anything general about how content policy works and how you can specifically report a problem with it. Is a thumbs down the right way to report this?

I wrote to you in your thread about how I managed to generate roses.
Simply use a scientifically accurate name for a specific type of rose 
One advantage:
you get to know the beautiful rose species and AI learns to differentiate.
Not just a general rose, but a detailed description of a specific variety.
Because each variety has its own special features that AI will look out for.

try window or pane or slate or something. Apparently it’s associating “rose” as something bodily, and “glass” as something harmful. Pink is being associated with “adult themes” by the AI. It’s overreacting due to misaligned content filtering. Or something like that. I guess it means that you’d have to be more creative in your language to get what you want it to generate for now until the team looks into it.
Or simply go through the help page or something to see if the AI helper can send a support ticket to look into it.
I’ve been going through a very similar problem. I have been without the ability to generate any type of image either through ChatGPT 4.0, image, generator, image, generator, pro, coloring, book, hero,
DALLE.
My error messages tell me that the back in system has disabled my ability to generate images. Says they would work on it and get back to me. It’s now been 38 days and I’ve only gotten three responses back to my dozen and dozens of emails and both of them simply say they acknowledge there’s a problem and they will let me know when they fix it.
I only have a plus subscription, but it’s the platform of DALLE Due to my clients like the prompts that I used to generate the images. I’ve been using it for months and months and months and then all of a sudden out of blue I can’t generate any images.
And a shocker for me was I guess realizing that their customers support is actually nonexistent. It has to be AI driven and the responses come from a bot.
And to top it off, they closed my wife’s account without any warning no communication, nothing. And when trying to reach out to say what the heck? their response was, we apologize but any closed accounts or canceled subscriptions cannot be reopened. So you’ll have to pay another monthly fee in order to get your account activated again.
They are the most abysmal clowns running around if they are real people. Maybe after a full two months maybe in 3, 4 or five months they’ll figure out what the problem is, but I won’t be around because I’m canceling everything with these people.
If you can not make any images at all, you maybe run in the same problem like me. Your storage space is full.
I wait for many months now for a fix…
It can be fixed by deleting conversations with images in the site bar.
but! NEVER DELETE THE CHATS IN THE SETTINGS!!!
It will not delete the images but only the chats, and you loos the possibility of any access. Your account will be blocked.
This will not stop until we get direct access to our data on the servers, and so we can manage the images directly.
I don’t understand the difference in the site bar and IN THE OPTIONS? what is the difference? do you mean the “side bar”? (image attached) The word “options” does not exist anywhere even in my “settings”, I don’t see that word. I have a Plus subscription as well. I put dozens of my older DALLE chats into my “archived” folder. Do I delete them from there? Thx for your help.
The difference is, if you delete in the site bar, it will delete the chat AND the images, and you get free space.
If you delete in the settings, it will delete ALL chats bot NO images. So no free space and you LOOS the connection to the images and your account is blocked.
I get the advice from the support to delete the chat. I did, and now my account is almost blocked. I constantly must delete made images to get space, and i have not much tolerance. I almost lost all. Very very toilsome! So DON’T delete in the settings!
And yes, you marked it correctly, there is where you must delete them.
There are more and more users now witch loos the ability to generate images! To fix this, we need direct access to the images, even without chat. But no reaction form oai since many months now.
I expect even the new generator will come with this issues because of space limits. But DallE users are specially in trouble, because there is no access to the images at all. (And i don’t like the new image generator at all. I had to pay for a double account and now double costs, and is toilsome too … just nor story…)
This error is not related to the content policy, and because all is dysfunctional, it is extra confusing.
OMG!!! That worked. I deleted a bunch of chats that were loaded with images, and I can now generate images again. After 36 days with no help from gpt support, I am good to go thru your help! THX A LOT!
