That sounds just like Valentine’s Day, as a rule that follows an increase in demand for pictures on specifically these types of days!
But that special day is already over for a while now. Hopefully this will be picked up. I don’t really see anything general about how content policy works and how you can specifically report a problem with it. Is a thumbs down the right way to report this?

I think the “thumbs down” and the select “refused when it shouldn’t have” would work
But double checking with them anyway, will let you know what they say.

Hm, I couldn’t generate roses either 
That’s another reason for my question:
why do you throw away the beautiful roses at the end of your series of pictures?
I have my favourite flower here

I wrote to you in your thread about how I managed to generate roses.
Simply use a scientifically accurate name for a specific type of rose 
One advantage:
you get to know the beautiful rose species and AI learns to differentiate.
Not just a general rose, but a detailed description of a specific variety.
Because each variety has its own special features that AI will look out for.
