I get an error “You’ve exceeded the 0 request/min rate limit, please slow down and try again when trying to enter payment information to verify my organization.”
In USA with a US credit card not doing/done anything weird.

I think OpenAI is taking the word “nonprofit” too literally because they will not take my money
What ended up working for me was to disconnect my phone from my wifi network and use the mobile data instead and then it went through just fine.
