Needed help summaries law cases , as I am a law student , finally got enough cash to get the plus. Created a response with all 18 cases , remembered the editing/formatting, great, gave me a template of the word docx it would create , was perfect… repeat the exact same procedure with more information the rest of the 17 cases ? impossible despite it being in the chat , creates errors, wastes my time , ask to save periodically ? nope, just lies and continuously apologies after , ask for progress -nope only when I ask for it , 3+ hours of back and forward still nothing. As to create a ticket with support for this issue / case ? cannot be done - so here I am . any advice would be appreciated - also if there is a more direct way to contact the support and get assistance. - because from what I am seeing help/support is non- existent.
