I tried to create an image having to do with my hometown of Odessa, Texas. Like “painting of an odessa sunset.” I got an error that it violated the content policy. I tried neighboring Midland and that worked. So on a hunch I tried Kiev - that violated the policy. Moscow? That didn’t violate the policy and created an image. This is an unacceptable ethical violation or an error that needs to be fixed.
