False positive content violation on color names

Got a message that “This prompt may violate our content policy” while working on a text on art history. It took me some time to find out that the name of certain colors triggered the message while they are just common well established pigment’s names. I guess system suspects racial discrimination.

The word combination in question was: “by ivory black, Van Dyke brown and burnt sienna”.

Got a similar problem today again. Thought it was again due to the use of colors and terms like “skin tone” in the same text. But upon a further analysis, it was just a single word “Van Dyke”. Not sure what has this painter’s name to do with all suspicious activity, but good to know.
