I’m unable to verify for trusted access for cyber. I click on start verification which opens the Persona tab. I upload my document and selfie, and it succeeds and goes back to OpenAI. The interface loads for a bit… Then prints this ambiguous message:
Your identity couldn’t be verified or your account is ineligible at this time. If you think this is a mistake, please contact support.
I’ve made several attempts at this already, including various attempts to contact support on many different days, but was unable to resolve the issue. Latest case number: 14822121.
My account is months old at this point, Persona is verified, I have advanced security enabled… Not sure what else OpenAI needs from me. Even Anthropic accepted me into their CVP program. At this point I’m just looking for closure. Is this some kind of bug, or did OpenAI reject me?
Can I get an actual confirmation? I need to know if I’m gonna have to look elsewhere for my cybersecurity needs. I do free software work on my own programming language implemented in C. The cybersecurity refusals are constant in codex and it’s borderline impossible to code review my own project.
