Hi, I am in free tier and getting rate limitation errors. So i paid 5$ to go to the Tier 1, but it still shows that my tier is still free and has rate limitations as that of free tier. (3 req per min.) How many days does it take for the tier to get changed to Tier 1 after the payment ?
