For everybody who is in tier 3 or above and still has no access to o3 mini, here is the only answer you need to know to stop wasting time trying to search for an answer:
Openai clearly said that even if you are tier 4 it does not gurantee you will have access to o3 - they have security measures (that they cannot disclose the criteria for) of which users they will give access to right away - therefore - if you are tier 4 or above without o3 mini access it means you simply cannot do anything but wait untill the next batches where you will be included. So there is nothing else you can do - you just wait untill they feel that “your usage style” is acceptable and will include you in the next batch of o3 mini access. Thats it, for now your only work around is to use the chatgpt web browser and choose o3 mini high and simulate the response to the best of your ability. Yes this is not the best way because a lot of applications are not that simple, but its your only option for now -
