Tier 1 to Tier 2 still buggy?

I’ve paid over $50, with my initial payment made more than seven days ago, but I’m still in Tier 1. I’m hoping to use GPT-5, but the current limit of 30,000 tokens per minute is causing many of my requests to fail for my use-case.

It’s now been over 24 hours without any change. I would greatly appreciate any advice or assistance you can offer. Thank you!
