For long conversations, I’d love the ability to reply directly to individual sentences or paragraphs, creating threaded discussions. This would make it much easier to respond to specific ideas without quoting or copying text, especially in reflective or educational conversations.

I believe you can do this already if you highlight the text, a button should show to Ask ChatGPT or Start Writing. Is that not showing for you if you highlight text?

With text in a reply from the AI, just select the text to reveal the popup menu when you let up on the mouse button during selecting.
