Is it only support@openai.com and Helpdesk that are known as OpenAI’s ‘official channels’?

Yes, they have x too, but those are the official pages
OpenAI’s Github has projects that have issues and pull requests, and a bit of feedback while other bugs languish. However, the API libraries are auto-generated, so they can’t directly ingest code.
