The 'Sign up to chat' screen appears when I try to open my GPTs using a link, even though I am already logged in

From time to time, when I try to open my GPTs using a link, it shows a screen with a ‘Sign up to chat’ button even though I am logged in. Re-logging in does not solve the problem.

We’re hearing this is impacting many of our users as well unfortunately.

GPT link redirects to login link when signed in

We recently released Video Insights GPT (https://gpt.videoinsights.ai) and we’re hearing from some users that they are getting the login screen to sign into ChatGPT plus but they are already logged in and are subscribed to ChatGPT plus. Anyone else noticing or seeing this? Also if you have any workarounds we can inform our users about, that would be greatly appreciated!
