The same here, i am rethinking my subscription, btw it seems that no one from their support is checking this threads. This i frustrating and i believe they will lost their members just by this thing.
Got that problem aswell i have used it before and it worked fine but after i canceled the subscription for one month then paying for it again only for this to happen.

Same here! Iām using ChatGPT4 by mobile phone:
- it seems impossible knowing how many messages left within the 3 hours: I think this is key to organize the job.
- it seems impossible switching between the two models during a conversation.
- it seems impossible returning to model 4 in the same conversation, after an automatic switch to model 3.5, even after 5 hours not using the Service.
Can someone from OpenAI help us ? this conversation seems going from April 18 ! thanks.
Iām having troubles with ChatGPT 3.5.
Iām try something, sending some questiong, but it doesnāt return any answer. Only a bright cicle with a square inside, like it was working ad eternum.
What must I do to fix GPT in my computer?
I tried in all the browsers I use (Chrome, Edge, Mozilla Firefox , Opera and my mobile and it occour the same thing: It doesnāt work.
I can confirm this issue as well. It seems that this problem is not replicated in the team plan.
Anyway, I can only hope that it will be resolved in the short-term.

I was used to interacting with ChatGPT and now, about five days, I needed to check some important things and it no longer works on the computer.
I prefer this search method to the more conventional search engines which at the moment do not return what we are looking for, but only those subjects that are paid or sponsored and that do not interest us.
The issue persists till now, was in the middle of a very information heavy conversation and now it switched to 3.5, did anyone see any kind of updates?

This just happened to me today. I have not reached any usage cap and there is no other information available. Very frustrating as I am in the middle of a project and suddenly can not complete the work using OpenAI. After paying the money to be a a Plus user this is very frustrating. I hope that perhaps in this forum I can get some answers.
