The message does not make sense. and ‘now try’ does not work. I get the same message again

This just started for me as well - no indication of when I can use 4 again. Just a useless message that makes no sense 
Also, does anyone else notice that as soon as they release a new model, the current “best” one starts to act really dumb?
I just had the same issue, and my GPT is also not answering my questions directly and it keeps repeating the same answers, ignoring my questions.
Same here. This is insane. Is openAI just letting their products run wild in full abandon? More surprisingly, openAI should have a warning system for messages left like at least Claude does so users would have some idea what’s going on and when it resets.
