#### Issue Summary:
I recently started using the **Team Plan** on OpenAI, and for the past two days, I have been experiencing **severe issues that completely stop my work**.
#### Problems:
1. **Response Delay & No Output**: The AI frequently does not respond, or responses take an unusually long time.
2. **Fix Not Applied**: Even when I request corrections, the AI does not actually apply changes but claims "Fixed."
3. **Escalation Not Happening**: Despite multiple requests, there is no confirmation that the issue has been properly escalated.
#### Impact:
- **I am unable to work on critical business tasks**.
- **This is a paid plan (Team), and I am not receiving the service I paid for**.
- **Data loss is a major concern**.
#### Expected Action:
- **Immediate fix for this critical bug**.
- **A proper explanation of what is being fixed**.
- **A compensation plan (extension of usage period or refund) for lost working days**.
Please escalate this as a **critical issue** affecting paying customers.
#### Additional Note:
It is also **extremely difficult to report bugs directly through OpenAI’s support system**. Please improve the bug reporting flow.

When I reported this, the account was suddenly deactivated with a refund, but all my hours of work was all deleted at once. I need this to be recovered ASAP. This is not just about refund, but damage to the work I have put in for 2 days.
