Switching from payment plan to API, how?

Hello,

I have cancelled my monthly payment plan to use the API directly instead. However, I am not able to load credits onto my account to be able to use the API key. I am able to get the keys, but not able to use them.

Could someone please help? I am only seeing an option to purchase a payment plan rather than loading credits.

Start payment plan IS where you get the credits. Put in your account type, put in your card, then you arrive at the purchasing options.

The OpenAI help article skips over a few steps you will see.
