Nope, it is not someone else using my account. It is me alone. I am not using a VPN. I am on the same device I’ve been using for a month now. I have reset my password. I have enabled 2FA, disabled it, re-enabled it, rinse and repeat, and this does not change anything. I have had ZERO issues working with this. I am locked out for hours and maybe after 6 hours or so, the restrictions are lifted for about 5-10 messages before forcing me back to “mini” model.
I have done an extensive search and this is not just a “me” issue, several other users have reported this frequently and recently. OpenAI team, please at least acknowledge you are aware of this issue or provide some ETA of when this will be resolved. I have had zero success contacting support. This is a joke for a “paid” subscription.
Thanks for coming to my TED talk. If anyone has any reliable alternatives to ChatGPT plus, I’m all ears, and I’m willing to drop money as long as it’s still high quality and consistent.
