Suspicious activity detected It looks like someone else may be using your ChatGPT account. Please secure your account to regain access to all features

Hi, I keep getting this message when using ChatGPT: Suspicious activity detected
It looks like someone else may be using your ChatGPT account. Please secure your account to regain access to all features.
But I’ve done everything logged out of all devices, cleared my cache, I’m not doing any different activities, used a different browser and I know no one is using my account and I am not using a VPN either. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

Also think about switching to ClaudeAI. Having this messages during 3 days..

I’m having the exact same problem and lack of solutions happening to me as well. I’ve been a Pro subscriber since the first day pro was offered - Bought in completely, used it for everything from planning family trips to building servers, and never shared my account at all, but did start using a remote machine in combo with iPad (actively switching back and forth between the remote ChatGPT and iPad app “slid over” based on task and convenience). I know this probably appears to be account sharing on a basic level. However, if I’m paying for the most premium solo subscription available for the supposed most advanced AI available, I should be able to reasonably expect the sophistication of safeguards (such as those against account sharing detection) to match. In today’s world full of clouds, this is a problem.

I’ve been without access to advanced models for 3+ days. I’ve sent multiple emails and help center support tickets, with the last one practically begging for a non-template response. I’ve tried clearing out sessions from every machine, changed password multiple times, and I’ve been using MFA the whole time. I even spent a couple days cleaning up network issues to make sure it’s not something on that side causing the issue (goal being crystal clear that I’m not trying to hide anything as well as network stability) From what I can tell, I’m being ignored, and all research points to no resolution happening. Maybe I shouldn’t have told ChatGPT I hoped it wasn’t the first to AGI in a fit of rage - think I’m cooked now.
