so i contacted support last year and still got not an type of support i just want to know if you have an support team or it i to hard to manage support tickets becouse 5 month is a long time and you say the forum is the wrong place and the support response in a couple of days so why do you not manage to support customer within a couple of days even months
why do you even recommend contacting the probally not existing support team.
i just want answers and don’t want to waste my time if there is no support team.
