I am having the very same problem, for five days now and I am upset about it because it seems impossible to get any kind of help from these people. I can access gpt on my cell phone and on my tablet, but when using my laptop I get the very same message you are getting, and that does not do me any good. If you find a solution, I’d very much appreciate it if you let me know by posting here. Thankk you
Hi, the issue was the particular VPN server I was using. I changed to another country (ireland) and this resolved the issue. Hope this helps.
