Subscription Cancelled Immediately. PLS HELP

So today I upgraded my account to Pro from Plus with Amount of 5668.96 PHP (92.28USD) Deducting the one from my previous plus subscription. but then while using codex found that it still drained a bit fast for my usage so decided to go to OpenAI help center and requested a refund from the chatbot, but then the chat replied that it could take 7-10 days which is a bit longer so I decided to upgrade to max 20x instead of waiting as seen from the screenshot of my billing. (The void was due to my card being locked and had need some time to be used so used 2 different cards) then while using the max 20x suddenly at 7pm I got my account cancelled and turned into free and when i looked in the email it refunded me the last amount i paid which is the 3518.46PHP(57.28USD) only leaving out the unused amount i paid earlier the 92USD?

Why was the unused time deducted from the whole amount? i would not mind if my usage from this whole day was deducted like 40% usage of the 5hrs of Pro 20x but this?

Will appreciate some help. if they cannot put me back on my 20x ang take back the money then atleast refund the correct amount so i can use it again for the correct subscription??

Not included in the Refund = 5,668.96

i want to include other invoices but only one attachment is allowed for new members

the case number is 09658541, I know the case just happened yesterday and may be impossible to solve immediately but I would highly appreciate eitherway that i get back my account subscription (5x pro = remaining non refunded value) or just the refund for the remaining money I used to upgrade from plus to 5x so I can just resubscribe it. For the usage i have yestereday I dont mind too that they can deduct it with the current amount thats still not refunded. I am willing to pay the refunded amount again to fulfill the pro 20x as I do need the subscription too, right now my chatgpt is at free and unable to do something with it, It was already acknowledge by someone on the support team, that there were 2 transactions within the day and one is refunded and one is under review, and would just appreciate it if someone can help me through this as I do need the account.
