Submitting a Custom GPT is not clarified and not confirmed

No clear indication that the Custom GPT I created is in review. Created builder profile. Also the simple errors are monumental for gpt. Example, the profile picture is not showing up outside of the builder space. After asking the GPT builder assistant to change one minor item in the perfectly working Custom GPT, the whole gpt becomes lazy and is not functioning as it did before and is creating errors just after the minor change.
