I am experiencing the same issue, and it comes up daily. After some time it is available again, but I don’t do anything. I am paying for this service, and use it quite a lot, so I hope they resolve the issue :(.
I tried Edge, Chrome, Opera browsers, reloading, relogging, computer restarting.

I suggest the developer team that they take a look at the issue, and at least make the gui respond with some error message (the disabled button is very annoying in itself, as you have no idea what the problem is).
I have the same issue as well, for the past two weeks or so. It doesn’t work on my main iPad, but it works perfectly fine on my phone and my other iPad. Weird.

Yes! It’s very strange because Android doesn’t have this issue, and the new iOS system works fine. However, only old Apple devices are experiencing this problem. Perhaps the next update for my old iPhone (15.8.3) will fix it

I allowed sharing IP turning off Relay AND turning off ad-blocker, looks like someone is really into spying

I have the same error too in Edge, Chrome, DuckDuck, Brave. It’s crazy that they don’t have solutions for this, although we pay for the service…

Hello, I just purchased Pro version 2 days ago. Since then, on my pc version submit button is disabled ( is not responsive ). I did all preventive actions clearning cookies, restarts, VPN, etc. Nothing works…i can use Iphone app version that’s it. It is very frustrating and sad that this issuse is repetitive for many users. We really need a guidance to resolve it !

I have the same issue. Surprisingly aggressively hitting the return key repeatedly seems to work.
I had the same issue, deleting the cookies and logging in again helped.
