I have been an avid user of the Speech To Text (microphone) button while using ChatGPT on my iphone. It is the reason i upgraded to the chatGPT Pro package. But today I saw that this button has disappeared from my chat window. Interestingly, when I long press the app icon and then select the “Dictation” option it does open up the app and directly go to STT function, but it doesnt come back after that. This lakes me think this is a bug in the latest update. Please fix this!
Speech-to-text (microphone) button gone. Only Voice chat available. We need the STT mic button back!

I think it’s a bug, and they have to fix it . I went on to see if maybe I made a new account to fix it and it appeared . My actual account is missing the button however.

I totally agree… the STT was amazing, I could use ChatGPT seamelessly, now I’m foreced to talk to amber or cove or someone who I dont want to speak to!!

Yes I’ve realised that the same thing is happening with me. I have a Pro subscription. The STT microphone button appears on a free account but goes away on my Pro subscribed account. This is a bug they need to fix asap

Yes, please they have to fix it. It is one of the main reasons I use ChatGPT instead of a competitor
