Sources urls don't show up when copying the answer from ChatGPT

Hello,

I am using ChatGPT (pro) to ask a question that requires web search. When I click on the copy button of the answer, the copied markdown does not include the URLs as shown in the chat. I see “【9†source】” in the copied text instead of the mardown url.

To reproduce this issue, you can search “Give me recent news about the pyramids” on ChatGPT4o. The links show up fine in the answer on the website, but they don’t show up when you copy the answer.

Would appreciate any help.

Would be great if someone at OpenAi looked at the interface more. Not supporting simple copy and pasting is a hell of an oversight. And then not including sources when copying a conversations sort of undermines the use of sources at all!

Please think about usability as well as your whizz-bang AI stuff — thanks!
