Yeah my old messages with ChatGPT is suddenly disappear I don’t know why but when I check it on the web link in google it’s still have but when I go to app the chat is disappear

That goes the same for me. For some reason, the responses from the past chats are disappeared! Weirdly, when i open it on another browser, they’re just fine…

I am extremely upset with chat gpt and i am starting to consider if is even worth paying for their services. I have same issues. I am writing something and while i get an answer trying to read it suddenly the page is white and everything has disappear. I have tried to refresh the page and nothing is working. Also chatgpt has huge problems not just this one. Not realible answers any more. I give a whole book to summarize and tell me what page was the statement and always is giving me wrong pages no matter how many times i have to repeat myself. Sometimes I spend 6 yours with chatgpt because i unable to answer my questions. Also can not detect authors, pages, theories. completely useless. I think I am done with this AI and I will stop the subscription as is not worth paying for something that answers wrong, is not reliable, does not understand questions, had bugs and much more. I am done with it…

Yeah. I had what was probably the most remarkable response from GPT4… and I use it a LOT and I have seen a lot of remarkably compelling responses… but just now… what was possibly the MOST… gone!!!

Probably have the same issue.. Since yesterday I will write a message, it gives a response but then the response and my message vanishes. I keep asking it if the conversation has reached a limit and it says no though…
Absolutely gutted as I’ve been working on my game story idea for the past couple of weeks and have developed so much stuff, and even started developing a new language of sorts. Doubt it’s gonna be possible to just start a new conversation and have it continue in the same way, as the way it was linking previous points together was amazing. This really sucks honestly and hoping they develop a fix.

then i checked the previous chats and in all chats there was same things

I’m having the same issue but I opened the mobile app and could see the conversation just fine. It MIGHT be because I used the app running and didn’t relaunch it - I’m too scared to do it now so I don’t loose any work but just letting you guys know you may want to try that next time.

Same issue here. All chathistory from GPT is gone. All questions are still there. In mobile app all is there.

It’s a known issue with ChatGPT not showing responses this morning: https://status.openai.com/ . Hopefully will be resolved soon. You can still see responses in the mobile app as a workaround.
