It appears that the problem is in the network and is related to IP. Since I have to work through VPN and I can’t disable it, so after changing several locations, I found out that American IPs all give an error, all GB IPs too, Australian IPs work flawlessly and some other countries. In general, the issue is this, at least for me. It is certainly not convenient, especially before everything worked flawlessly. I hope to resolve this issue.

FIX IT. there is no VPN is used. it just an openai bug
